Returns You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund to your original method of payment. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an issue with product quality or it is not as described.

Shipping Costs If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, Skets will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
